- Ultrasonic welding: available for individual parts and complex assemblies with multiple components
- RF Welding: Unique semi-automated and automated processes for peripheral sealing, stub and tube sealing and hot stamping with quick changeover capabilities
- Injection molding: From rapid prototyping through production
- Sheet/film processing: Automated and semi-automated equipment for hot stamping and cutting
- Component assembly: Semi-automated assembly turntables perform component delivery, assembly capping, bonding and pressure/leak testing
- Thermoformed tray lidding: Both rotary turntable and shuttle sealing equipment allow packaging for a wide range of devices into trays and heat sealed lids
- Balloon assembly and tube sets: Various materials assembled to catheters with precise location and leak integrity
- Bag integrity/leak testing: Multiple fast-cycling leak testers perform 100% inspection for high volumes
- Special controlled environmental manufacturing: 25,000 square foot ISO Class 7 cleanroom facilities, as well as special operations under ISO Class 4 hoods
- Multiple component bag fabrication: RF welding, heat sealing, hot stamping, hole punching, cutting to length and dual cycle, single step peripheral sealing of multiple components
