About Ethox International
Founded in 1966, Ethox International began what has become a four-decade commitment to the manufacturing of high quality OEM medical devices. Built upon a select set of core competencies, Ethox was one of the first contract manufacturing and sterilization service providers in the industry. Six years later the company expanded its offering to laboratory services and a small line of Ethox branded hospital products.
In 1989, the company extended its capabilities and opened a facility in Erie, PA, dedicated to sterilization services, providing 100% Ethylene Oxide sterilization, as well as steam, irradiation and validation services.
In February of 2005, Ethox acquired the STS duoTEK business in Rochester, NY, further expanding the company's capabilities in toxicology, analytical chemistry and microbiology. This newly formed Ethox Life Sciences Division today manages both the Life Sciences and Sterilization business at Ethox.
In September of 2005, Ethox retained a contract manufacturing facility in China, further enhancing the company’s global production efficiency and distribution. Since, Ethox International has become one of the largest fully integrated contract medical manufacturers in the United States.
Today, Ethox International distributes more than 80 Ethox branded medical products in almost every country in the world and is the only contract manufacturing and Life Science service provider able to offer one source for all your medical and pharmaceutical needs worldwide.
